  Another loan officer at a different company told us we had one loan option, which wouldn't have allowed us the house we wanted. We were thrilled when we found Jeff Johannessen at Allied First Bank, that helped with other loan options. Jeff went above and beyond keeping us and all the agents fully informed through the entire process. We are now home owners of the house we wanted! We would highly recommend Jeff to our friends and family!

  Well, I asked that my account be closed over a year ago and to have a check sent for the balance remaining. Instead, I haven't received anything till now and it is a statement where they have charge me an "INACTIVITY FEE" for a number of months till the account is less than 2 bucks. So, I guess I lost that money, but they lost the war. I will tell everyone to AVOID ALLIED FIRST BANK

  Stay away from them! Have been in escrow on a home over 35 days with no solid close date yet. File was approved but Allied has not performed. Nothing but empty promises and no action. I have purchased homes before and the lack of service received is ridiculous. NO concern for your money or time here! Tammy Theiner, Cassandra Rosales and Lisa Kuda are liars! Once you begin to ask questions about what is taking so long, they start making excuses that make no sense. Will be filing a complaint with the CFPB. Run away!

  It was an absolute pleasure to work with Allied First Bank to obtain our mortgage. The process was straight forward, the staff was professional and very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend Allied First Bank to my friends and family.

  Wouldn't even give 1 star . My boyfriend and I have been in contract with a house ( since October) when we meet for USDA loan Application in the beginning of November I asked the man when we would find out when we got the approval , was told he has been doing this for years and he knows it'll go through and I didn't have to worry . Original closing date was set for December 14th and was told we would be in before Christmas next thing we know (December 27th) WE WERENT APPROVED FOR THE AMOUNT WE NEEDED . The most sicking thing I've ever gone through. Do not go through these people
